ALLANDALE

Situated east of Mopac just north of Rosedale, is the charming, family-friendly Allandale neighborhood. With Burnet forming the Eastern border of the neighborhood, Allandale residents enjoy close-proximity to all of the local-Austin restaurants, shops and bars that line Burnet Road.

BRENTWOOD

BRENTWOOD

Beautifully tree-lined Brentwood is a popular residential area comprised of mainly one-story, bungalow homes. The neighborhood was once a large cotton farm so it’s only natural that it’s home to a nine-acre park full of beautiful trees and green space. Similar to its neighboring neighborhoods, Rosedale and Allandale, Brentwood borders Burnet Road and is therefore in close proximity to numerous local restaurants, bars and shops.

CRESTVIEW

Although often confused with it's southern neighbor, Brentwood, Crestview is the quaint neighborhood just north of Brentwood and south of Anderson Lane. A former 1950-60s dairy farm, the Crestview neighborhood is now a proud residential neighborhood that has successfully maintained some of its 1950s charm with spots like the Minimax grocery store and Top Notch Burgers.

MUELLER

The Mueller Planned Urban Development community is one of Austin’s most unique in that it was the former site of the Robert Mueller Municipal Airport, prior to the opening of Austin Bergstrom Airport. At the heart of Mueller is the neighborhood’s Lake Park, home to the large, iconic 1940s Browning hanger that has been converted into an amphitheater.

WESTLAKE

WESTLAKE

With its close proximity to Lake Austin and downtown, great school, and rolling hills, it’s no wonder why Westlake Hills is one of the most coveted areas in Austin to live. The eastern border of Westlake is just a stone’s throw across the water from Oyster Point landing and the western border sits right by the scenic 360 bridge.
